<p>The present invention comprises the following steps: cutting a material eluted through a frame to form a partition portion of a main body having a cavity; forming a central portion of a main body having a resonance portion; forming a cover; and depositing the partition portion of a main body, the central portion of a main body and the cover, thereby forming a filter. Therefore, it is possible to simply prepare a filter at a low cost within a shorter time since there is no need for etching a cavity and a resonance portion through an additional etching process.</p> |
