<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cogeneration system that can secure a desired heat storage amount without increasing a size of, for example, a hot water storage unit. <P>SOLUTION: In a fuel cell system 1, an electric heater 9 is controlled on the basis of an estimated value of the heat storage amount in the hot water storage unit 3 by an operation control device 20.
