PURPOSE: An apparatus for heat energy utilization and a facility including the same are provided to control incident angle of light for lighting by installing a light reflector reflecting light at one side of a sunscreen. CONSTITUTION: Glass(20) is located at the bottom of a solar power generation module(10). A blind(40) comprises a plurality of sunscreens. The plurality of sunscreens is located in a heat energy congestion space(30) between the solar power generation module and the glass. An external air inflow port(50) flows external air into the heat energy congestion space. A heat air discharge port(60) discharges the air of the heat energy congestion space to outside. A light reflector is located at one side of the plurality of sunscreens. |
