摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for identifying the vibration characteristics of railroad structure for easily and certainly identifying the vibration characteristics of the railroad structure without installing an accelerometer to the railroad structure. <P>SOLUTION: Vibration characteristics of railroad structure are easily and certainly identified without installing an accelerometer to the railroad structure since a device for identifying the vibration characteristics of the railroad structure is provided with: an accelerometer 1 provided in an axle box of a railroad vehicle S; digital acceleration data acquisition means 3 for acquiring digital acceleration data by sampling acceleration data measured by the accelerometer 1; running spectrum calculation means 4 for calculating a running spectrum by performing FFT analysis to the acquired digital acceleration data; and natural vibration mode identification means 5 for making a dominant frequency, other than a dominant frequency by an influence of disturbance, into a natural frequency of the railroad structure K among dominant frequencies in time when the railroad vehicle S runs on a rail R on the railroad structure K in the calculated running spectrum. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT
