<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mold surface treatment method and device that can reduce the occurrence of a defect of a molded article by deoxidizing fouling, in particular, an oxide film, deposited on a molding surface of the mold so that an original material surface of a mold is exposed. <P>SOLUTION: The mold surface treatment method includes the following steps: obtaining a molded article by solidifying a molding material poured into a cavity which is formed inside by positioning opposite to a first mold base and a second mold base via parting line surface; and heating a first molding surface and a second molding surface at least the first molding surface and the second molding surface in low oxygen partial pressure atmosphere before obtaining the molded article, wherein the first mold base and the second mold base have the first molding surface to be one side of the molding surface of the cavity and the second molding surface to be the other side of the molding surface of the cavity, respectively. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
