A piston machine includes at least one cylinder-piston group, at least two compression rings installed in the grooves of the piston, oriented one to another with placement of heat gap oppositely by means of a stopper element installed in the piston and fixing respective compression ring, compression booster, as minimum two inserts placed in the grooves of the body of the piston between the grooves for the first and the second compression rings, minimum one oil-control ring with lubrication openings on the body of the piston in the groove for installation of the oil-control ring, and lubricant. Each insert is made as a prism with a guide as a closed geometric figure area of which is restricted with two straight lines arranged at angle 95°-105° with respect to each other, and an arc connecting those, at that the generatrix of the prism forms two basing surfaces corresponding to those two straight lines and a cylindrical surface that corresponds by diameter to the side surface of the piston, besides that on the cylindrical surface of each insert a recess is additionally provided, in its whole length, at that at the side surface of each piston between the grooves for compression rings two depressions are arranged at distance not less than one from another, with two basing surface at angle 95°-105°. |
