<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image processing device capable of analyzing an objective sample image with high accuracy right in developing the objective sample. <P>SOLUTION: An image processing device includes: a coloring agent spectrum storage part 233 that stores the spectrum of a coloring agent used to color a coloring sample; and an operation part 250 that comprises a changed characteristics calculation part 2501 that calculates changed characteristics indicating a sharp or slow change in the spectrum of the coloring agent in the wavelength direction based on the spectrum of the stored coloring agent, and a coloring agent quantity/variation range estimation part 2503 that estimates variation based on the color agent quantity and changed characteristics from the pixel value of each pixel of a colored sample image depending on the stored coloring agent spectrum and the calculated changed characteristics, and analyzes the coloring sample image at least based on the variation. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
