<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a container with a spout which enables resealing while preventing the outside air etc. from entering, has a simple structure, and enables stable operation for pouring out the content. <P>SOLUTION: The container with the spout includes: a first seal line 20 welded to overlapped sheet-like members 3a, 3b straddling warped lines L1, L2 extending from both end sides of a welded part 15 of the spout 10 toward the inside of a housing part S; and a second seal line 30 which is welded in a manner of wrapping lower ends of the warped lines L1, L2, partitioning the housing part S and forming a tightly-stuck area S2 formed between the first seal line 20 and itself. Part 30a of the second seal line 30 is left unwelded so that the content 50 may flow into the tightly-stuck area S2 between the first seal line 20 and the second seal line 30 when the internal pressure in the housing part S is increased, and that the content which has flown in can be poured out through a flow path. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
