PURPOSE: Equipment for installing a horizontal drain board on the soft ground is provided to effectively couple a horizontal drain board to a vertical drain board. CONSTITUTION: Equipment for installing a horizontal drain board on the soft ground comprises a power device(100), a groove forming device(200), an installation roller device(500), and a soil guide(600). The power device tows the equipment. The groove forming device is located at the rear of the power device and forms a drain board groove(G') on the ground. The installation roller device is located at the rear of the groove forming device and receives a horizontal drain board(D) from the bottom of a holder. The installation roller device presses the horizontal drain board to the drain board groove. The soil guide is located at the rear of the installation roller device and guides soil to re-cover the drain board groove.
