PURPOSE: A wire winding tool and a wire winding method using the same are provided to conveniently use by preventing the twist of wires and to facilitate the winding and storage of the wires after using. CONSTITUTION: A wire winding tool comprises a body(20) and a winding part(30). The winding part is formed in the body as a curved shape to insert a wire. The winding part guides the wire to draw the wire in or out of the body according to a direction that the wire draws in.
