<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a display having nightglow and bill testing functions. <P>SOLUTION: The display having the nightglow and the bill testing functions of this invention comprises a microcontroller, a push key unit and an ultraviolet light emitter. The push key unit includes an ultraviolet light key, and when the ultraviolet light key is pressurized, the push key unit can output ultraviolet light signals (S<SB POS="POST">UV</SB>) to the microcontroller. The ultraviolet light emitter is interconnected with the microcontroller, and the microcontroller receives the ultraviolet light signals (S<SB POS="POST">UV</SB>), drives the ultraviolet light emitter, and emits ultraviolet light.
