PURPOSE: A welding specimen bending tester is provided to easily and simply replace a jig according to the thickness and a size of a welding specimen and to prevent accidents by stopping operation when sensing hands of an operator in the operation. CONSTITUTION: A welding specimen bending tester comprises a body(1), a base(2), a column(3), a specimen support unit(4), a pressing unit(5), a hydraulic unit(6), a blocking unit(7), and a controller(8). A plurality of wheels(11) is installed in the lower part of the body. The column is installed in one upper side of the base. The specimen support unit is installed in the upper part of the base and the welded specimen is placed. The pressing unit is installed in a front of the column to be lifted, thereby pressing the specimen to be bent. The hydraulic unit is installed in one side of the column, thereby controlling a hydraulic amount being supplied to the pressing unit. |
