<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semiconductor light-emitting element capable of improving light extraction efficiency compared with the case of not using this configuration, in a semiconductor light-emitting element in which a plurality of light-emitting elements are provided on a single substrate. <P>SOLUTION: A semiconductor light-emitting element 1 has: a light-emission part 1A having a semiconductor lamination structure 21 including a light-emitting layer sandwiched between a first conductivity type layer and a second conductivity type layer on a substrate 10; a light-emission part 1B provided in a region separated from and different from the light-emission part 1A on the substrate 10, and having the semiconductor lamination structure 21 including the light-emitting layer sandwiched between the first conductivity type layer and the second conductivity type layer; an internal wiring layer 83 electrically connecting between the first conductivity type layer of the light-emission part 1A and the second conductivity type layer of the light-emission part 1B; and a reflection layer 93 provided between at least any one of the light-emitting layer of the light-emission part 1A and the light-emitting layer of the light-emission part 1B, and the internal wiring layer 83, and reflecting at least a part of light emitted from the at least any one of the light-emitting layer of the light-emission part 1A and the light-emitting layer of the light-emission part 1B. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
