For easier mounting of insert in rectangular base recess there is through threaded hole with three-stage thereafter setting-adjustment screw, which consists of threaded, cylindrical and third stage in form of rectangular prism with base in form of polygon, wherein length the projecting above the rectangular base recess of cylindrical step is equal to thickness of said insert. Diameter of cylindrical stage and dimensions of base of third stage is less than diameter of through threaded hole, in lower base of mandrel has threaded hole, where cylindrical bushing with Central bore is located flush, aligned in shape and transverse dimensions with third stage of setting-adjustment screw and depth, larger length of this step. At that, diameter of bushing is equal to or less than diameter of cylindrical stage of above screw, mandrel with cutting plate is installed in sample holder with coaxial location of bushing aligned and setting-adjustment screw and located at end surface of cylindrical stage and third stage in bushing hole to allow at bases and walls of selection and mandrel uniform gaps filled with insert from material with high-damping capacity, as well as to release bushing and setting-adjustment screw from mandrel and holder.EFFECT: mounting of part.1 cl, 4 dwg |
