<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem that conventional solar cells may be deteriorated through the temperature increase when the light condensing rate is high as the cooling efficiency of the solar cells is insufficient. <P>SOLUTION: A solar cell unit 4 includes: a reflection plate 3 composed of one or multiple curved surfaces having paraboloidal surface shapes; a solar cell fixing plate 5 fixed to the paraboloidal surfaces in the axial direction of the paraboloidal surfaces; solar cells 1 fixed to both surfaces of the solar cell fixing plate 5; and refrigerant pipelines 2 located in the solar cell fixing plate 5. The reflection plate 3 is formed as an asymmetric shape composed of the large upper side and the small lower side. Further, the solar cell unit 4 is installed so that the paraboloidal surfaces are arranged in the vertical direction and the axis of each paraboloidal surface is not arranged parallel with the normal line of a bottom surface of a light condensing solar cell panel. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
