<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a leak detection device capable of rapidly distinguishing between a normal leak and a lightning surge. <P>SOLUTION: A leak detection device comprises: a zero-phase current transformer (ZCT) 10 through which an AC electric path passes; an integration operation part 20 for integrating output voltages of the zero-phase current transformer 10; an integrated value comparison part 30 for outputting a first signal when operation results operated by the integration operation part 20 reaches an outside of a predetermined range; a waveform discrimination part 40 for detecting and counting inflection points of output voltage waveforms of the zero-phase current transformer and then outputting a second signal when the number of the inflection points reaches a predetermined number; and a leak detection part 50 for outputting a leak detection signal indicating that leak is occurring in the AC electric path when the first signal is output by the integrated value comparison part 30 and the second signal is output by the waveform discrimination part 40. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
