PURPOSE: A diagnostic cartridge and a diagnostic cartridge controlling method are provided to efficiently generate reactions by transferring liquid in a channel by applying physical force. CONSTITUTION: A diagnostic cartridge includes a sample port for injecting samples, a first chamber(105), a second chamber(110), a first membrane(115), and a second membrane(120). The first chamber transfers the injected sample from the sample port. The second chamber transfers a base solution. The first membrane is positioned at the end part of the first chamber. After the entire sample is transferred, the first member includes a valve function in order to prevent other materials from being introduced into the first chamber. The second member is positioned at the end part of the second chamber. After the entire base solution is transferred, the second membrane includes a valve function in order to prevent other materials from being introduced into the second chamber. |
