PURPOSE: A roaster is provided to prevent a fire caused by heat transferred from a heater to grease collected in a drip pan. CONSTITUTION: A roaster comprises a roasting plate(10) with drain grooves and drain ports for draining moisture or grease produced during cooking of food, a drip pan(20) with a central through hole(21), an inclined wall(22) formed around the through hole, a grease container(23) collecting the moisture or grease, a setting plate(26), and a rim(27) integrally formed on the top of the setting plate, and a fire control unit(30) with a control part collecting flames to the center.
