<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a foreign matter removing device for a narrow section capable of removing foreign matters by remote operation even in the narrow section to which a worker cannot approach. <P>SOLUTION: The device for removing the foreign matters M blocking the narrow section C formed in a furnace 92 having a tube stand 91 includes a supporting member 2 inserted from the tube stand 91, a guide pipe 3 fixed to the supporting member 2, a flexible shaft 4 inserted to the guide pipe 3, a drill 5 connected to a tip of the flexible shaft 4, a first driving means 6 rotating the drill 5 through the flexible shaft 4, and a second driving means 7 moving the drill 5 along the guide pipe 3 through the flexible shaft 4. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
