<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an improved flaw detection method to reduce disturbance echo being received. <P>SOLUTION: An ultrasonic flaw detection apparatus 1 comprises: an array probe 10 which includes a plurality of elements 11 constituting different channels, irradiates a test body 20 with ultrasonic waves by the elements 11 via a contact medium, receives reflection waves from the test body 20 via the contact medium and converts them into electric signals; and a transmitter-receiver which transmits excitation signals to the elements 11 to drive them and receives electric signals from the elements 11. The transmitter-receiver detects flaws 21 occurred in detection regions 22, 23, 24, 25 in the test body by using a function to transmit excitation signals to and receive electric signals from the same elements and a function to transmit excitation signals to and receive electric signals from different elements. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
