<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cooling device which allows an operator to easily check the liquid feed at low cost. <P>SOLUTION: A cooling device includes: a heat receiving part 31 disposed so as to contact with a cooled part 4; a heat radiation part 30 radiating heat of a coolant; a storage tank 35 storing the coolant; a circulation path for circulating the coolant among the heat receiving part 31, the heat radiation part 30, and the storage tank 35; a pump 32 feeding the coolant in the circulation path; and liquid feed detecting means detecting the coolant feed. The liquid feed detecting means is disposed in a position higher than a liquid surface of a storage coolant 20 in the storage tank 35 and has a detection part 40 with which the coolant flowing in the storage tank 35 contacts when the coolant is fed.
