PURPOSE:To eliminate various troubles of timing, by not using the picture signal, which is stored while an object is fluctuated, for the signal processing but using only the picture signal, which is stored while the object is still approximately, for the signal processing. CONSTITUTION:In a picture information processing device, data held in a sample holding circuit 5 is converted to a digital signal in an analog-digital converting circuit 6 and is taken into a central processing device 17 and is used for succeeding processings. When a pulse I is issued from a detecting circuit 23, a start pulse generating circuit 24 is operated again, and hereafter, data is taken into the central processing device 17 similarly. Thus, data obtained just after the operation of the detecting circuit 23 is abandoned, and next obtained data is held, and therefore, only required picture information is preserved to eliminate troubles of timing. |
