<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To consume no wasteful power, allow easy designing of a chip, and prevent a value from generating uncertain signals when changing a terminal used by a package. <P>SOLUTION: An integrated circuit 1 of the present invention includes terminals 11-13 formed at a package 2 on which a chip 3 is mounted, for inputting, outputting, or inputting/outputting, buffer parts 31-33 containing at least output buffers 31C-33C between input buffers 31B-33B for inputting signals from the terminals 11-13 in a function block 4 provided to the chip 3 and the output buffers 31C-33C for outputting a signal to the terminals 11-13 from the function block 4, and fixed signal control parts 41-43 for causing the output buffers 31C-33C to output a fixed signal whose value being fixed when one of the terminals 11-13 is not used. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
