PURPOSE: A game device for providing a puzzle game and a recording medium thereof are provided to confirm a result of the puzzle game according to a puzzle and store the result of the puzzle game, thereby enabling a user to enjoy the puzzle game in a different method. CONSTITUTION: A puzzle game storing unit(210) stores a puzzle map. The puzzle game storing unit stores a change of the puzzle map according to removal of a puzzle. An interface(220) outputs a game controlling signal according to manipulation of a user. A puzzle map providing module(230) loads the puzzle map by reading the puzzle map which a plurality of puzzles is arranged. A puzzle group module(240) defines a puzzle group by grouping the puzzles.
