<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semiconductor integrated circuit capable of efficiently using a nonvolatile memory and improving rewriting convenience. <P>SOLUTION: The semiconductor integrated circuit is provided with a microcontroller, a register, a flash memory for storing a mixture of program data and trimming data, a control circuit for controlling the writing or reading of the program data or the trimming data. The control circuit detects an initialization request signal of the flash memory, performs control to read the trimming data from the flash memory and write it in a register before initialization, and performs control to read the trimming data from the register and write the data in the flash memory after the initialization of the flash memory. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
