PURPOSE: A loan diagnosis simulation service system and a method thereof are provided to automatically inform changed contents through an online service and a mobile device when a use condition of a financial instrument is changed, thereby solving inconvenience caused by access of a plurality of financial institutions. CONSTITUTION: A credit evaluation information server(110) simulates a loan diagnosis of an individual. The credit evaluation information server provides whether a financial instrument is available according to a simulation diagnosis result and change information to user terminals(140,142). The user terminals register one or more pieces of information by connecting to the credit evaluation information server. The user terminals receive a message about whether the financial instrument is available according to a change.
