PURPOSE: A laser marking system and a control method thereof are provided to improve marking quality by determining the operation speed of a laser scanner. CONSTITUTION: A laser marking system(100) comprises a laser oscillator(110), a laser scanner(120), and a controller(130). The laser oscillator outputs a laser beam. The laser scanner irradiates the laser beam outputted from the laser oscillator. The controller produces laser marking data containing the on/off information of the laser oscillator and the operation information of the laser scanner and controls the on/off of the laser oscillator and the operation of the laser scanner using the laser marking data. |
