<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for ripening an apricot fruit after picked to be completely red without falling the apricot fruit such as Tsuyuakane, new Japanese apricot, cultivated on an open field. <P>SOLUTION: The method for reddening the apricot fruit ripens the apricot fruit after picked, whose fruit firmness is 0.6 kg and more and 2.0 kg and less under such circumstance that the ethylene level is 2 mL/L or more, the temperature is 12°C and more and 28°C and less, the humidity is 60% or more and 100% and less for 4 days or more. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
