<p>PURPOSE: A composite sheet is provided to have excellent flexibility, transparence, and excellent thermal resistance, to have excellent impact resistance, tensile strength, warpage resistance, etc, and to have low thermal expansion coefficient and low optical anisotropy, excellent flatness and display quality, and low moisture-permeability. CONSTITUTION: A composite sheet(10) comprises matrix(1), and a reinforcing material(2a) impregnated in the matrix. When the modulus of elasticity of the matrix at 25°C is E1 and The modulus of elasticity of the reinforcing material at 25°C is E2, the elasticity modulus ratio(E1/E2) is E1/E2 <= 10^(-2). The reinforcing material comprises one or more kinds selected from a group consisting of glass fiber, glass fiber cloth, glass fabric, glass unwoven fabric, glass mesh, glass beads, glass powder, glass flake, silica particles, and colloidal silica.
