<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat transfer tube structure that prevents panels from being connected due to ash accumulated therebetween when heat transfer tubes such as suspended heat transfer tubes and horizontal heat transfer tubes are disposed in the shape of panel, without using a large-diameter manifold or connection tube, and has superior transportability and easy on-site installability (final assembling). <P>SOLUTION: The heat transfer tube structure for a boiler includes: suspended heat transfer tubes 3, 4 suspended in the longitudinal direction in a boiler furnace; and horizontal heat transfer tubes 2 disposed sideways in the longitudinal direction of a rear heat transfer section and formed by folding a plurality of heat transfer tubes vertically stacked, stacked upward from a lower section of the rear heat transfer section, and disposed sideways while extending in the vertical direction in an upper section of the rear heat transfer section. The suspended heat transfer tubes 3 penetrating through a boiler ceiling wall 12 and reaching an upper section of the ceiling wall 12, and the horizontal heat transfer tubes 2 are connected by an intermediate header 1 extending in the longitudinal direction of the boiler at the upper section of the ceiling wall 12 to configure a set of heat exchange unit.
