PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide technology capable of reporting resource block allocation information without waste in reporting an allocated resource block to solve the problem of possible increase in waste of resource allocation information volume that is caused because the downlink of the current LTE is restricted so as to transmit scheduling information having fixed 37 bits.

SOLUTION: A resource allocation method comprises the steps of: allocating a resource block group composed of at least one or more continuous resource blocks on a frequency axis to a terminal; and determining the number of control signals for reporting allocation information related to resource allocation based on the number of frequency bands allocated to the terminal.
