<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently and highly accurately diagnose integrity of a signal input/output function of each of control devices constituting a control rod supervisory and control system during plant operation. <P>SOLUTION: A control rod supervisory and control system comprises a control rod driving mechanism and a position detection device which are provided in each control rod of a reactor, and further includes an auxiliary controller or the like which manages a plurality of control rods and has an automatic diagnosis unit, a diagnosis bypass unit, and a determination unit. The auxiliary controller sequentially selects as a diagnosis target control rod any other control rods than a drive target control rod among the plurality of control rods, and the auxiliary controller outputs an operating signal through a job-site controller and a drive controller to a first diagnosis section of the selected diagnosis target control rod. When a diagnosis signal is inputted from the job-site controller, the first diagnosis detecting section operates a first switching section, the operating signal is compared with a setting value by a voltage detecting section, and a comparison result is outputted to the job-site controller. In accordance with the comparison result outputted from the job-site controller, the determination unit diagnoses integrity of a signal input/output function of each controller. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
