<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermosetting resin composition which uses a carboxy group-containing resin having an excellent thermosetting property, being able to prevent the generation of blocking, and simultaneously satisfying flame retardancy, low warpage, flexibility, and heat resistance. <P>SOLUTION: The thermosetting resin composition includes (A) a resin containing one or more carboxyl groups in a molecule, (B) a compound containing an oxirane ring, and (C) an organic filler containing a phosphorus atom, wherein the resin (A) containing one or more carboxyl groups in the molecule is a carboxyl group-containing resin obtained by reacting a terminal hydroxyl group-containing urethane prepolymer (c) (which is obtained by reacting a polycarbonate polyol compound (a) and a diisocyanate compound (b)), and tetracarboxylic dianhydride (d). <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
