PURPOSE: A small device for extracting saline solution is provided to easily wash hands of an ambulance worker and an injury site of a patient while being attached to an inner wall of an ambulance. CONSTITUTION: A main body(200) forms a predetermined space inside thereof. The main body includes a mounting groove formed into a shape corresponding to the shape of an upper portion of a saline solution container(100). A storage container is connected to the mounting groove of the main body. An extractor(400) is installed in one side of the main body and extracts the saline solution. A control valve(500) is combined with one side of the storage container.
