PURPOSE: An electric fan with a coolant circulating device is provided to rapidly generate cold wind regardless of ambient temperature because cold air of a coolant conducted to a plurality of cold air transferring plate and mesh makes a flow generated by blades. CONSTITUTION: An electric fan with a coolant circulating device comprises a fixed frame(140), a frame unit(200), a coolant pack(300), a coolant circulating pump(400), a plurality of cooling air transferring plate(500), and a coolant circulating pipe(600). The fixed frame is joined to a front safety net. The frame unit comprises a first frame(210) installed in the fixed frame, a second frame(220) being spaced from the first frame at a predetermined distance, and a connecting bar connecting each edge of first and second frames. The coolant pack is installed in one side of the lower part of the frame unit. The coolant circulating pump is installed in the upper part of the coolant pack. The cooling air transferring plate is installed in between the first and second frames of the frame unit by being vertically spaced at a predetermined interval. The coolant circulating pipe penetrated from the coolant circulating pump and the cooling air transferring plate and connects the coolant circulating pump and the coolant pack.
