PURPOSE: An acoustic/electric signal converting and an acoustic capsule are provided to support a free standing fixing structure type by integrating an insulation and compression auxiliary block and a conductive contact block. CONSTITUTION: A cover container(110) has an acoustic inlet port(111). A device(150) is accepted to an internal space of the cover container. The device is vibrated by sound inputted through the acoustic inlet port. A printed circuit board(190) has a structure of supporting the cover container. An assembly for mounting the cover container is arranged on the surface of the printed circuit board corresponding to the circumference of the cover container. The device is successively located on the top of the cover container. A vibration plate assembly(120), a spacer plate(123), an insulation and compression base block(130), and a dielectric plate(140) are successively loaded in an inner receiving space of the cover container.
