PURPOSE: A macro base station, user terminal, and femto cell differentiation method are provided to effectively solve identifier shortage problems or PCI(Physical Cell Identifier) overlapping problems. CONSTITUTION: A communication unit(1100) receives a system frame number and PCI from a macro base station and a plurality of femto base stations. A control unit(1200) determines offset, the system frame number of the macro base station, and each system frame number of femto base stations. The control unit controls the communication unit for transmitting signals including the offset and each system frame number of the femto base stations.
