A method for the modulation of the terminal voltages of a three-phase rotary current motor, e.g. a brushless servomotor, with a non-sinusoidal electromotive characteristic. The terminal voltages u1, u2, u3, of the rotary current motor are generated from an intermediate-circuit voltage Up in accordance with a specific equation defined herein by means of a high frequency pulse width modulation (PWM). The rotary current motor may be a synchronous motor and may be permanently excited. |
