PURPOSE: A cloth cover for beauty care and haircutting is provided to facilitate the washing thereof regardless the material thereof. CONSTITUTION: A cloth cover for beauty care and haircutting comprises a panel member and a transparent window member(110). The panel member is made of cloth or synthetic resin and has a wearing unit receiving the head of a user. In a first attaching/detaching joint(133), a transparent window is detachably combined with a frame member. The transparent window member comprises a window made of a transparent material and a first detachment coupling unit. The frame member is equipped with a second detachment coupling unit and a rim which is arranged in the second detachment coupling unit.
