PURPOSE: A thermally conductive sheet and method for a manufacturing method thereof are provided to excellent thermal conductivity using polyacrylate, sphere aluminum, a carbon nanotube, and a solvent. CONSTITUTION: A thermally conductive sheet is made of a thermally conductive composition. The thermally conductive composition includes polyacrylate, sphere aluminum, a carbon nanotube, and a solvent. A weight ratio of the polyacrylate over the sphere aluminum and carbon nanotube is 10-25% vs 75-90%. The weight ratio of the polyacrylate and sphere aluminum over the carbon nanotube is 90-99% vs 1-10%. The sphere aluminum is made of a mixture of the sphere aluminum of 1-5 diameters and the sphere aluminum of 5-40 diameters.
