PURPOSE: A forming bottle molding device and a forming method are provided to form the thickness of scraps to be thin because first and second cores are touched before first and second forming molds are touched each other, thereby minimizing the failure of a forming bottle. CONSTITUTION: A forming bottle molding device comprises a first forming mold(10), a second forming mold(20), a first core, and a second core(40). A first forming unit(11) is formed in an inner surface of the first forming mold. A second forming unit(21) is formed into a shape symmetrical to the first forming unit on the inner side of the second forming mold corresponding to the first forming mold. The first and second cores are respectively arranged in each lower part of the first and second forming molds and form scraps in the lower parts of the first and second forming units.
