<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a surface-emitting laser module with a long life. <P>SOLUTION: A surface-emitting laser module comprises a surface-emitting laser element, on the substrate face of which plural surface-emitting lasers are formed; a package for installing the surface-emitting laser element; and a window part provided on an emission side of the surface-emitting laser. The window part is formed of a material, through which light with a wavelength of the surface-emitting laser passes, and one face of the window part is formed into a pyramid-shaped projection. The other face opposed to one face is formed into a pyramid-shaped recess corresponding to the pyramid shape. An area of the window part forming the pyramid shape has a constant thickness, and one face of the window part is opposed to the surface-emitting laser element. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
