<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a problem countermeasure information display device enabling quick derivation of a countermeasure to a problem of a production object occurring in a production process without requiring manpower. <P>SOLUTION: A device performs: calculating a score value by adding the number of all incidents historically registered as occurrences of problems relating to an input part and the number of all incidents historically registered as occurrences of problems relating to an input unconformity phenomenon; outputting countermeasure information in the order of a score value on the basis of countermeasure information for the input part and unconformity phenomenon and the relevant score value; accepting a designation in the output countermeasure information; and, when outputting countermeasure information, outputting each ratio between the number of historically selected incidents of countermeasure information at the highest order and the number of designations of countermeasure information other than the countermeasure information that has been output at the highest order. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
