<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable an electrode forming process without causing leak or short-circuit and suitable for mass-production process. <P>SOLUTION: A method of manufacturing a semiconductor light-emitting device that insulates between a plurality of formed columnar crystal structures 1, including a process for depositing an insulating film 6 between the columnar crystal structures 1 by immersing a substrate 2 on which the columnar crystal structure 1 is formed in a beaker 3 filled with an electrolytic solution 4 with a pH of less than 7 including elements that form the insulating film 6 between the columnar crystal structures 1, and after this process, a process for filling the insulating film 6 by baking the columnar crystal structure 1 to evaporate water. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
