PURPOSE: A component mounting device is provided to reduce component mounting time using a fiducial camera for recognizing an absorption state of a fiducial mark and a component. CONSTITUTION: A fiducial camera(400) is placed at one side of a mounting head(150). The fiducial camera recognizes a fiducial mark and a component(300) of a substrate. A reflecting body(500) reflects an image of the component which is adsorbed to the mounting head. The reflecting body is formed which can move between a component recognizing location and a component avoiding location. The reflecting body comprises a mirror and a lamp. A driving unit vertically transfers the fiducial camera.
