PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of a pigment dispersion composition is provided to manufacture an acrylic disperse binder comprising a glycidyl group and a THF group, thereby obtaining improved chemical resistance comparison with existing one. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a pigment dispersion composition comprises a step of mixing a dispersion, pigment, and solvent; a step of high-speed mixing a mixture of a (meth)acrylic binder comprising glycidyl group and an acrylic binder comprising tetrahydrofurfuryl into the product; a step of stabilizing the product at room temperature; a step of primarily dispersing the product and secondary dispersing at 5-15 °C; and a step of stabilizing the product at room temperature.
