<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a parking lock device for a bar handle vehicle having superior operability. <P>SOLUTION: A turning shaft 28 of the parking bar device 15 is disposed parallel to a left handle pipe 20 in a longitudinal direction and below the left handle pipe 20.
