摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fusible alloy type thermal fuse in which a stable operation is performed by enduring long-term storage at high temperature, and a flux film for improving operability is used, in the fusible alloy type thermal fuse in which an operation temperature is set at a high temperature range. <P>SOLUTION: In a fusible alloy type thermal fuse, a low melting point fusible alloy 3 is joined to a pair of lead members 1, 2, a flux film 4 is formed on a surface of the low melting point fusible alloy 3, and the fusible alloy type thermal fuse is housed in an insulated container or a case 5 of a ceramic porcelain tube. Thus, a heat-resistant characteristic is improved by using polyalphaolefin wax as the flux film instead of conventional paraffin wax, and operability of the flux film is also improved at the time of manufacturing. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT
