<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a photovoltaic power generating device which decreases power energy required for adjusting a direction of a photovoltaic power generating panel, and decreases power consumption. <P>SOLUTION: This device has: one or a plurality of photovoltaic power generating panel units 1 configured by connecting a plurality of photovoltaic power generating panels 11 and 12 in a substantially planar state; and a horizontal rotary shaft 2 which is attached so as to make a fixed angle to one or plurality of the photovoltaic power generating panel units 1, and is arranged substantially horizontally for rotating the photovoltaic power generating panel unit 1.
