PURPOSE: An information delivering system and a method thereof are provided to search for receiver information satisfying a condition corresponding to a specific keyword inputted by a sender based on previously configured subscriber information, thereby sending sender information and a text message to the receiver. CONSTITUTION: A main server(110) includes a data storage device(112) storing user information about plural subscribers. Plural subscriber servers(130a,130n) are connected to the main server through the internet. When a sender of the subscribers inputs a text message by connecting to the main server through one of the subscriber servers, sender information and the text message are stored in the data storage device. The main server searches for user information matched with an inputted search keyword. The main server sends the sender information and the text message to the corresponding subscriber server.
